Women’s Baseball World Cup is a Women’s world baseball game; the tournament is host by the International Baseball Federation, held every two years. The event usually has four or five countries and regions participating. For example: Australia, Canada, Japan and the United States. Women’s World Cup baseball game is the best four teams’ progress to the semi-final. In the semi-final all the players must wear the special women baseball jerseys and it takes the Page system, in seven innings of game system, the fifth inning leading to four innings can end the game.
The First Women’s Baseball World Cup game was held on 30th, July to 8th, August 2004 in Canada Edmonton. America Team eventually won the champion. The team entered the competition were: Australia, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Japan, and the United States. India and Bulgaria also compete, but eventually abstained. The 2004 Women’s Baseball World Cup’s final ranking is: the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, and Chinese Taipei.
The Second Women’s Baseball World Cup was held on 31th, July to 6th, August in 2006, in Chinese Taipei. American women team wins the champion again. There were seven teams played in the game. They are: the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, Chinese Taipei, Cuba, and Hong Kong. The final ranking of the 2006 year’s Women’s Baseball World Cup is: the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, Chinese Taipei, Cuba, and Hong Kong
The Third Women’s Baseball World Cup was held 24th August to29th August in 2008, in Matsuyama city of Japan. American women team wins the champion for the third time. Eight teams played in the game. They are: Japan, Canada, the United States, Australia, Chinese Taipei, South Korea, India, and Hong Kong. The 2008 Women’s Baseball World Cup’s final ranking is: Japan, Canada, the United States, Australia, Chinese Taipei, South Korea, India, and Hong Kong. It is not difficult to see that the America women team is the best team; we expect another team to win the next champion.
