Mental Baseball

I need some help with my mental thought process in baseball that causes me to make errors?
The reason why I didn’t put this in the baseball section was because it has to do with my mind.
Basically, my baseball season is coming up and I usually play 3rd all game. Last year, I made a bunch of throwing errors to first. However, in infield practice, I am usually very accurate with my throws.
But in the game, I can’t make the throw well. Usually, when I get a ground ball, I think “Ok, lets make a good throw.” And probably 70% of the time it will be bad.
And then after making a bad throw, I thikn, “Just forget the last one, come back and make a great throw” and then I usually botch it.
All of these thoughts happen as the ball is comign towards me and when I have the ball just before I make the throw.
I know the solution is don’t think. But *how*?
How can I not think and make better throws? *How*
Apparently in sports you are not supposed to over think stuff. Rely on your initiative and you should do well
